Paul began his banking career in 1975 at a small community bank in southeastern Montana. Over the past 38 years, he has had the opportunity to work in both large and small communities, with a diverse client base including many types of businesses and consumers. The past 20 years of Paul's career have been spent in Steamboat Springs where he has gained in depth experience and knowledge of the Steamboat Springs market by being actively involved with the community and the customers he has had the privilege to serve.

Joan Ihrig moved to Steamboat Springs with her family in 1980. She joined Centennial Bank with over 30 years of local banking experience specializing in building strong relationships with our clients. She will assist you with 2nd Mortgage, Home Equity or Small Business Loans as well as our various deposit products and services. Her passion is in working closely with our clients to learn how she can best serve all of their financial needs. She is a long term member of several service groups including MainStreet Steamboat and Routt County Foundation for Senior Citizens.

Michael Knezevich graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Social Sciences, with a teacher certification. He also holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Phoenix. Prior to entering banking, Michael spent his life in public education as a high school teacher, coach and principal. As an educator, he found learning new things to be intriguing, challenging and exciting; the lending business is no different. The same skills that made him a successful educator over the years transferred into success over the past five years in the lending environment: a caring, personable demeanor, tireless work ethic, extreme attention to detail and a creative problem solver.
