Our team of banking industry veterans is focused on providing services to businesses in and around downtown Denver.  The new downtown branch, located at 717 17th Street, opened in March and is now serving customers. 


Jim Basey, Chairman, President and CEO

Mr. Basey is the Chairman and CEO of Centennial Bank. He has over 40 years of banking and community leadership experience, including almost 30 years in executive positions in multi-billion dollar national banking firms as well as community banks. Mr. Basey received his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and graduated from the Colorado School of Banking, Graduate School of Business, University of Colorado at Boulder. From 2003 to 2009, he served as an advisor and is a former director for Nortrust Holding Company, the holding company for regional Northern Trust Bank operations of Arizona and Colorado. Mr. Basey has a long history of participation in charitable activities and community leadership.

  

 

 

 

 

 

Kathy Kaley, SVP, Chief Credit Officer

Ms. Kaley is an expert in all facets of lending, both commercial and private, and provides a solid foundation for the bank’s loan portfolio and credit underwriting. Ms. Kaley is a graduate of Regis University with a degree in Business.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Amanda Fein, SVP, Treasury Management

Ms. Fein brings nearly 15 years of comprehensive and diverse banking experience, and has worked in a variety of roles including electronic banking, personal banking, branch management and operations.
